The House of Refuge Apostolic Ministries is a Christ-centered church founded by Apostle William E. Nash Jr., dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, truth, and compassion. Located in Center, Texas, our church exists to be a place of refuge where people from every walk of life can encounter God’s presence, experience His transforming power, and discover the hope found in Jesus Christ.
For more than 27 years, Apostle William E. Nash Jr. has faithfully served as pastor, teacher, author, and visionary leader. His life is a testimony of God’s redeeming grace, from prison to the pulpit, from unimaginable loss to unwavering hope, and from personal pain to a ministry devoted to helping others find healing and restoration through Christ.
Together with his wife, First Lady Pearl Nash, Apostle Nash has faithfully led The House of Refuge Apostolic Ministries with a passion for building strong families, equipping believers, developing leaders, and creating a church where lives are transformed by the power of God’s Word. Married and blessed with seven children, they continue to serve as an example of God’s faithfulness through every season of life.

Our church is committed to serving our community through biblical teaching, heartfelt worship, prayer, discipleship, outreach, and compassionate ministry. To bring hope, healing, restoration, and victory through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ by equipping people to overcome life’s greatest challenges and discover purpose beyond their pain.
To build a worldwide ministry that reaches hurting people through books, conferences, churches, prisons, schools, hospitals, counseling partnerships, and community outreach, reminding every person that no matter what they have been through, God still has a future for them.
